I'm Tony, a museum enthusiast and the sole creator and caretaker of Museuesum.

Museuesum is an independent project dedicated to consolidating comprehensive visiting information for museums and similar institutions in a single, easily accessible platform. Currently, Museuesum only covers institutions in California from San Francisco to San Diego.

Inception

This project originated from a practical need. Initially, I compiled museum details like operating hours, admission fees, and current exhibits in a Google Sheets document, which became my got-to for planning my weekends.

While the Google Sheets served its purpose for gathering information, its user interface wasn't the best. Having taken a web coding class during my time at art school, I saw the opportunity to transform this data into a user-friendly website.
