List of Animals at the Los Angeles Zoo
The Los Angeles Zoo, officially known as the Los Angeles Zoo and Botanical Gardens, is a popular zoological park located in Los Angeles, California. It is situated in Griffith Park, covering an area of about 133 acres. The zoo is operated by the city of Los Angeles and is home to a diverse collection of animals, including mammals, birds, reptiles, and amphibians.

The Los Angeles Zoo & Botanical Gardens is owned, operated, and maintained by the City of Los Angeles. The Greater Los Angeles Zoo Association (GLAZA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is the official support arm of the Zoo.
