The Museum of Jurassic Technology is a giant box of curiosities. The exhibits walk a fine line of fiction and truth, forcing the viewer to face the possibility of being tricked or mocked. Cellphones are not permitted to be used inside the museum, including texting, which helps keep the mystery of this institution alive.
Laid out as a tight-fit labyrinth, every turn offers a surprise. Here and there are walkways that lead nowhere, windows indoors, and mood lighting that suggest something is about to jump out. Upstairs is their Tea Room where guests can enjoy a cup of tea while sitting in their rooftop garden among birds.
